I’m Germán Aguilera. I’m a software developer based in Spain who specializes in building (and occasionally designing) exceptional, high-quality software.
I was born in Barcelona (Venezuela) but raised in the warm and cozy city of Puerto La Cruz (Venezuela) - where you can find without a doubt some of the most heartwarming and wonderful people by the way. :)
After taking a few years of Computer Engineering, I decided to work full-time as a software developer using a wide-variety of technologies with clients across South-America and U.S.A. (Central and Eastern time). I’ve learned a lot of things during my years of career and I’m always excited to face new challenges.
After a lot of thinking, I decided to move to Madrid, Spain looking for new opportunities and challenges - and I have to say it, I love this city. Its people, its buildings, its history. Everything it’s just amazing.
And even though starting from scratch can be intimidating, I’m confident enough to know that I will be able to overcome what’s forward.
I do have to say though, I consider myself really lucky since I’ve happened to work with some of the most amazing teams on the planet. And we’ve built amazing things together. :)
